Delivery Times

The total delivery time for your order consists of two stages:

Processing Time: Order verification, preparation, and packaging generally take 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Time: Once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 13 business days within the UK.

Important Notice: Although we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, these estimates depend on shipping carriers and external logistics partners. Delays beyond our control, such as high shipping volumes, severe weather conditions, or transportation disruptions, may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and may be processed sooner. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be changed.
